All product descriptions, weights, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates. We serve Halifax County, NC and surrounding areas. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our beef products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours at Francis1230@icloud.com with photos.

6. SMS and Communication

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive messages as described in our Privacy Policy. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
